Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS
Standard Shipping 3-5 days: $5.00
International Shipping 3-5 days: $15.00
Items are custom made to order. An item will generally take 5-7 days to make plus 3-5 business days to deliver.
International shipping takes the same amount of time as domestic + time to be cleared by custom in the US and the buyers country+ delivery time in buyers country. We hope it doesn't pass 14 business days, but unfortunately we have not control over it.
Returns:
Kobra Kawaii, LLC does not accept returns.
Exchanges:
Kobra Kawaii, LLC accepts exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The item has not been worn, washed or otherwise damaged.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- New product will be shipped upon receipt and processing of the original item.
